When a reservation is considered confirmed?
A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a credit card number as guarantee or of a deposit in addition to the confirmation mail, all in the modes and times set by the offer.

The availability and the rates of the rooms and of the treatments are very variable on the basis of the evolution of the occupancy, of the events scheduled and of the season. We invite anyone has doubts or problems to confirm a reservation, to contact us to find together the best solution available.
In case of unexpected event, is it possible to cancel the reservation?
Certainly, our cancellation policy is provided at the time of booking.

To ease your worries, you can activate the insurance "Booking Protection" by Allianz Global Assistance, (you will find the link on the first page of our web site) the insurance policy that protects your holiday in case of cancellation of the reservation, interruption of the stay or delayed arrival at our hotel.

No, not all rooms have a balcony.

At the time of booking you can ask for the availability of a room with a balcony.
Is there a tourist tax to pay?
Yes, the prices indicated do not include the tax, which applies in the figure of € 1,60 per person per day starting from the age of 14, VAT not applicable and for a maximum of 7 days.
At what time will the room be available on the day of arrival?
We guarantee the delivery of the room from 2.00 p.m. but it is possible to arrive also early in the morning at the hotel and take advantage of some services, including the Wellness Centre starting from 10.00 a.m.
How can I pay at the check-out?

Is breakfast included in the price of all the rooms?
Yes, breakfast is our strong point... An abundant breakfast buffet based on typical products of the Valle d'Aosta with cakes, cookies, homemade jams, fresh fruit, show cooking with eggs, pancakes, crepes and much more… awaits you every morning, included in the price of the room.
What are the breakfast times?
We thought to pamper our guests with a very special service: we want to allow everyone to enjoy a well-deserved rest as they expect to enjoy during a holiday.

For this reason the breakfast service is guaranteed for the whole morning from 7.30 until 11.30 a.m.!
Do you have a restaurant inside the hotel?
No, but we prepared a small menu that allows you to enjoy snacks every day from 12.30 until 10.30 p.m.

Does the hotel have a wellness centre?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to relax in our Wellness Centre throughout your stay, from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Roman calidarium with mountain herbs, bio sauna, ice waterfall, emotional showers, Scottish shower,10 sessions whirlpool with water games and waterfall and relaxation area with herbal teas
Is the hotel equipped with a swimming pool?
Ours is a heated outdoor whirlpool, much appreciated especially during the winter days under a beautiful snowfall!

It is always open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.!
Can children access to the wellness centre and to the pool?
The entrance to the wellness centre is allowed only to guests who are older than 16 years.

Children can use the outdoor heated whirlpool from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., accompanied by an adult.
Is it possible to access the spa and the outdoor whirlpool on the day of departure?
Our goal is to ensure maximum relaxation to all guests, for this reason to avoid overcrowding of the spa, on the day of departure the wellness centre and the outdoor whirlpool are not included in the offer.

Is the hotel equipped with a gym?
No, but we can recommend to our guests some external facilities in the vicinity.
Do you have a ski storage?
We have a ski storage at the shop RENTAPLAY, associated and very handy, situated at the start of the cable way, with direct access to the ticket office and to the escalators.

You will be entitled to free storage of skis, boots and poles during the entire holiday.

If you need to rent the equipment, you will get a 10% discount by presenting to the store the special coupon that we provide at the time of check-in.
How can I organise for the ski pass?
Very convenient! You can connect to the web site SNOWIT from the comfort of your home, book the ski pass and withdraw them once you arrive at Champoluc at the ski storage/shop RENTAPLAY!
How far away are the skiing facilities? Do you have a shuttle bus?
The mountain transport facilities are only 850 m. from us. We will take you to the departure of the cable way every morning with departures every half hour starting from 8.30 until 11.30 a.m.

If you wish, you can also take advantage of two returns, at 4.00 or at 4.30 p.m., but in this case, it is necessary to book in advance.
Do you have bicycles?
We have also thought about this! We have basic mountain bikes that are at your disposal free of charge, if instead you want the comfortable EBIKE, asking at the reception we will call Reuben, from the store Telemark associated with us, who will find the perfect bike for your tour!
